Timeless or forgotten by time?
 

La Giettaz, at almost 4000 ft. in the Aravis mountain range, is isolated by a high mountain pass and the Arrondine gorge. *TERROIR: a system in which are established complex interactions between a set of humain factors (technical, community use), agriculture and the physical environment (a territory). The "terroir", a word stemming from "terre"(earth), is valorized by an original and unique product. In the Aravis, Reblochon cheese is a product of the terroir and is used in unique recipes such as "Tartiflète".
